Safety, reliability & performance is paramount to the success of any Train Operating Company (TOC) a key player in this is “Rolling Stock Maintenance.” Part of any maintenance regime requires human intervention for tasks such as Inspections, Examinations, Testing, Removing, Replacing of Train System Components and Fault Finding.

This story starts with growing up on the isle of wight in the small town of Cowes famous for its links to sailing and power boat racing which unbeknown to me was to influence my future career decisions.
